Arh. Alexander Dender – Owner – was born in Zagreb (Croazia) on 09.12.1949. He graduated from high school in 1968. at Kotor (Montenegro), and graduated in Architectural Institute of the University of Belgrade in 1972. He worked in many European countries, Montenegro, Serbia, Italy, Ukraine , Russia, works on all variety of projects, from private villas over public buildings, arriving at the urban scale projects and a large hotel complex. We do the planning and implementation of construction of private villas in Budva, Montenegro. The winner of many architectural competitions, like a beacon in Kotor (Montenegro) and Kafana Dojmi in Kotor (Montenegro).
Arch. Toni Dender – Project Manager – was born in Belgrade (Serbia) on 16.4.1975. Finished his high school studies in 1993. at Kotor (Montenegro) and after two years studies at the Moscow institute of Architectue finished his study at Politecnico di Milano, Facoltà di Architettura. Member of Assosiation of Architects of Milano. Worked for many architectural companies in Milano, on big projects all over the world, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Russia, France, Italy, Switzerland. Also experiences in yacht design. Now is doing project and executing the construction of private villas in Budva, Montenegro. Winner of architectural competition for Kafana Dojmi in Kotor (Montenegro).
